nubia has released the first official unboxing and promotional video for its newest flagship, the nubia Z70 Ultra, showcasing its design, camera system, and full-screen display without any cutouts.
The device builds on the previous Z-series design but adds several upgrades in performance, cameras, battery, and durability.
Full-screen display with under-display camera
One of the standout features of the Z70 Ultra is its clean, uninterrupted display thanks to the 16MP under-display selfie camera.

- 144Hz refresh rate
- Higher pixel density than the previous Z60 Ultra
- No notch or punch hole
This makes the phone ideal for gaming, streaming, and immersive media viewing.
Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship performance
The Z70 Ultra is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, delivering flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI tasks.
Combined with fast storage and optimized software, the device is expected to compete with other 2025 Android flagships.
Leica-tuned triple camera system
The phone continues nubia’s partnership with Leica-style imaging and introduces upgrades across the camera system.

- 50MP main camera with variable aperture and 35mm focal length
- 64MP periscope telephoto with 2.7× optical zoom
- 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 122° field of view
The telephoto camera can focus as close as 15cm, enabling detailed close-up shots.
Bigger battery and faster charging
The Z70 Ultra packs a large 6,150mAh battery, one of the biggest in the flagship segment.

This combination should deliver excellent battery life even with the 144Hz display.
Slimmer but tougher design
Despite the larger battery, nubia managed to make the device thinner and lighter than its predecessor.

Special Van Gogh “Starry Night” edition
nubia also revealed a limited edition version inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night painting.
This artistic design has become a signature look for nubia’s premium models.
