On December 4, OnePlus will unveil its latest flagship, the OnePlus 12, in China. Notably, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has advanced its flagship launch compared to previous years. This launch aligns with the company’s 10th-anniversary celebration. Speculations hint that the OnePlus 12 may not be the sole device introduced at the event.

Additionally, these TWS earbuds have been observed on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. This indicates an imminent launch of the OnePlus Buds 3 in the country.
OnePlus Buds 3: What to expect
In September, an online tip provided a glimpse of the OnePlus Buds 3 earbuds, showcasing their anticipated design and disclosing some essential specifications. It is expected that the OnePlus Buds 3 will adhere to the design aesthetics of its forerunner, the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
According to the report, the forthcoming earbuds are anticipated to feature a metallic finish on both the in-ear module and stem, with an individual earbud weighing around 4.77 grams. The case is expected to incorporate a 520mAh battery with a 4.5W input and a 1.2W output, while each earbud is likely to be equipped with a 58mAh battery unit.
Regarding audio capabilities, the earbuds are expected to feature a 10.4mm woofer, a 6mm tweeter, and 48dB of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Additionally, these earbuds are likely to boast an IP55 rating, providing dust and water resistance. Simultaneously, the case, finished in matte, is reported to carry an IPX4 rating.
According to the report, the Buds 3, similar to the Buds Pro 2, are anticipated to deliver 9 hours of battery life (totaling 33 hours with the case) when ANC is deactivated. Conversely, with ANC activated, the earbuds may provide 6 hours of usage (22 hours with the case). In terms of connectivity, these earbuds might feature Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and support dual connectivity.
